Alexis 'Lex' Almeida has spent eleven years building a craft that takes no shortcuts. Working between Porto and Germany, he draws from a background in painting, composition, contrast, negative space, and brings that eye to every piece.
Custom work only. No flash, no replication. Every tattoo begins as a fresh drawing, refined through conversation until it's exactly right. He works with a deliberately small number of clients at a time.

We talk.
Book a callback. Share your concept, placement, references, and intent. Lex reviews every request personally and calls you back within 48 hours to plan the piece.
I design.
The piece is drawn from scratch, shaped around your idea, your body, and your aesthetic. You see and approve it before anything touches your skin.
You wear it.
The session moves at your pace. Aftercare instructions are provided before you leave. Touch-ups within three months are complimentary.

How do I get started?
Just show up — walk-ins are welcome for small pieces. For custom work, book a callback and Lex will call you back within 48 hours to talk through your idea. No commitment, no deposit.
Do I need a deposit?
No. There is no deposit. You pay on the day, once the work is done and you love it.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is fine — most people do. Book a callback, share whatever you have in mind, and Lex will help shape it into something concrete. You see and approve the drawing before anything touches your skin.
Can I bring references?
Yes, bring anything that helps — Instagram screenshots, photos, sketches. Lex does not copy other artists work, but references are a great starting point for direction and mood.
How long does healing take?
Surface healing is usually around two weeks. Full settling takes a few weeks more. You will get written aftercare before you leave. Touch-ups within 3 months are free.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Portuguese, and German. Just mention your preference when you get in touch.
