Alexis 'Lex' Almeida has spent eleven years building a craft that takes no shortcuts. Working between Porto and Germany, he draws from a background in painting, composition, contrast, negative space, and brings that eye to every piece.
Custom work only. No flash, no replication. Every tattoo begins as a fresh drawing, refined through conversation until it's exactly right. He works with a deliberately small number of clients at a time.

Book a Consultation. Share your concept, placement, references, and intent. Lex reviews every request personally and responds within 48 hours.
I design.
The piece is drawn from scratch, shaped around your idea, your body, and your aesthetic. You see and approve it before anything touches your skin.
You wear it.
The session moves at your pace. Aftercare instructions are provided before you leave. Touch-ups within three months are complimentary.

Common questions.
How should I prepare for my session?
Rest well, eat beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the day before. Wear comfortable clothing that gives clear access to the placement area. If you are unwell, reschedule. Your skin and immune system should be in good shape.
How long does healing take?
Surface healing is often about two weeks, with full settling over several weeks. You will receive written aftercare at the appointment. Follow it closely. Sun protection and moisture matter for fine line and blackwork.
Can I bring my own design or references?
Yes, references help explain direction, mood, and scale. Work here is custom: Lex does not copy other artists’ pieces. The final drawing is created for you and approved before tattooing begins.
Do you take cover-ups or rework?
Sometimes, depending on the existing ink, size, and goals. Send clear, well-lit photos during your consultation request. If a cover-up is not realistic, you will get an honest assessment and alternatives.
What is your deposit policy?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date when rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to studio policy. Full payment details are confirmed when you book.
Which languages can we use?
English, Portuguese, and German. Note your preference when you book so the session can be planned accordingly.
